• “Credits” refers to the internal virtual credits/tokens granted after topping up a GOATSKIN account, which may only be used within the platform. Credits have no real monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• “Deposit” refers to the action of adding balance or Credits to a user account.
• “Withdrawal” refers to a request to receive skins or virtual items from the platform.
• “Provably Fair” refers to a cryptographic algorithm used to verify that platform results, random systems, and probabilities operate in a fair and verifiable manner.

By accessing or using the GOATSKIN Website and Services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

GOATSKIN reserves the right to apply additional rules, conditions, or requirements to specific services, events, or platform features. By participating in such activities, the User also agrees to be bound by those additional terms.

Access to and registration on the GOATSKIN platform is performed through a Steam account. By logging in, we may access certain publicly available Steam profile information, including but not limited to Steam ID, username, avatar, and trade URL.

If suspicious, fraudulent, or unusual activity related to a User’s account or actions is detected, GOATSKIN reserves the right to temporarily suspend transactions, item transfers, withdrawals, or release of funds until the User’s identity or activity has been verified.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts. Allowing another person to access or use your account for any purpose, or using the platform on behalf of another person, shall constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed or used without authorization, you must contact us immediately. GOATSKIN shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a User’s failure to promptly report unauthorized account use.

Usersare prohibited from using exploits, bots, platform vulnerabilities, or any other unfair methods to access or use the Services. Additional prohibited activities are described in the “Prohibited Activities” section.

Users may deposit funds into their GOATSKIN account balance for the purpose of using platform services, including case openings, upgrades, and other available features.

Any balance or virtual funds credited to the platform are strictly for use within GOATSKIN and have no real-world monetary value. Such funds cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or used as a banking service.

All deposits and payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers and Steam-related services. As a result, Users acknowledge and agree that delays in processing, pending transactions, failed payments, network congestion, additional fees, or exchange rate differences may occur.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they use valid payment methods, that the payment source belongs to them, and that all transaction details are correct before completing any deposit.

For security and compliance purposes, including AML/KYC requirements, GOATSKIN may request additional verification, identity confirmation, or proof of ownership before processing deposits or payments.

Users may withdraw items and virtual assets from the GOATSKIN platform via the Steam trade system.

Withdrawal and trade processes depend on Steam and other third-party services. Accordingly, Users acknowledge that delays, cancellations, Steam downtime, or item delivery issues may occur.

GOATSKIN shall not be held responsible for any loss, failed trades, or delays resulting from incorrect trade URLs, Steam restrictions, or inaccurate user-provided information.

GOATSKIN reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals or trades in cases of suspicious activity, exploit abuse, fraudulent transactions, or security concerns.

Any User found to be in violation of these rules may have their account temporarily suspended or permanently terminated by GOATSKIN. These measures are implemented to ensure platform security, fairness, and equal access for all users.

All trademarks, logos, text, designs, images, videos, graphics, service marks, and any other materials related to the operation of the GOATSKIN platform displayed on the Website are the property of GOATSKIN.

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, using for commercial purposes, creating derivative works, publicly displaying, publishing, or otherwise exploiting any part of the platform content without prior written authorization.
